The hotel was relatively clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was decent. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service.

Not only was this uncomfortable, but the beds also creaked loudly every time I moved, which greatly disturbed my sleep. Another issue was that the hotel was unable to provide food when I wanted it due to a party happening in another part of the hotel.

Does not appear to be situated in a very interesting area so we only use it for a quick overnight stay.

Our Xmas stay was fantastic! the rooms were tidy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies that were offered every evening. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the town center, and the local markets are just a few steps away. We also enjoyed the scenic views of the surrounding area from our room's window.

That the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day, but that was understandable. we were not informed beforehand that the room service would also be unavailable on that day, so we had to go out and find somewhere to eat.

Good size room, well equipped. Young Lady on reception was particularly helpful. There was a restaurant on site at a reasonable price, albeit with a limited menu. Good Breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

The area is not very attractive but a good location for the airport.

Good option if you don't want to spend a lot of money for staying in Lodz.
